Prime Pastries has been evaluated and assessed by BRC to meet the
requirements of Global Standard for Food Safety on July 20, 2011,
achieving Grade A, highest mark possible. The certificate was issued on
September 6, 2011.

Prime Pastries ups the ante on automation
|
Since 1999, Prime Pastries has evolved its manual labor-based bakery
into an automated plant. The bakery's latest phase of automation involved
the installation of a fully-automated laminated line to complement its three
finishing lines for Danish, puff pastry and croissants (more).
